Pelaihari, March 14, 2025 – PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk. fully supports the launch of the Integrated Emergency Service (Raza Lakas) 112, which was officially inaugurated today by the Regent of Tanah Laut (Tala), H Rahmat Trianto, alongside the Vice Regent H Muhammad Zazuli at Gedung Sarantang Saruntung, Pelaihari. This service aims to strengthen the communication system and provide a rapid response to emergency situations, such as fires, accidents, and urgent medical needs throughout Tanah Laut Regency.
Raza Lakas 112 is a single number that residents of Tanah Laut can call to quickly and easily receive emergency assistance. This service is integrated with various national telecommunication operators, including Telkomsel, Smartfren, Tri, and Indosat, and can be accessed free of charge, even in emergency situations or when the phone is locked.
Collaboration Between the Government and Jasnita Telekomindo

Additionally, Bupati Rahmat also introduced the "Salami" program, which reflects their commitment to always greet and serve the community with a smile, adding a human touch to every service provided.

Agung Setio Utomo, Head of the PMPB Communication System Facilitation Team, added that the 112 number, adopted from international standards, will make it easier for the public to contact various emergency services. This system will ensure quick access for Tanah Laut residents in every emergency situation.
“With the Raza Lakas 112 service, Tanah Laut residents can now easily report emergencies without technical difficulties, even in critical emergency situations,” he said.
