PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk. Becomes Provider of Mobile JKN Application: A Digital Solution for Accessing National Health Insurance

 

PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk. has developed the launch of the Mobile JKN Application, designed to facilitate participants of the National Health Insurance (JKN) program in accessing information and administrative services. This application provides a digital, face-to-face service channel, utilizing information technology through smartphones. 

The Mobile JKN Application allows participants to:

· View Information on the JKN Program: Providing comprehensive details about benefits and program terms.

· Service Registration: Simplifying the process for participants to register and access health services.

· New Participant Registration: Facilitating the registration process for new JKN participants.

· Participant Data Changes: Allowing participants to easily update their membership information.

· Information on Health Facility Locations (Faskes): Showing nearby health facilities that participants can access.

“As the developer of the Mobile JKN application, we are committed to enhancing access to and the quality of health services in Indonesia. Technology can be an effective tool in meeting public health needs,” said Sri Akhadah, Commercial Director of PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk.

The application is designed with an intuitive interface, making it easy for participants to explore the various available features. Additionally, the application includes a notification system to remind participants of important information and health check-up schedules.

The Mobile JKN Application is now available for download on both Android and iOS platforms.
