Lombok Tengah Launches Call Center 112 for Efficient Emergency Response with Support from PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk.

Lombok Tengah, October 18, 2024 – The Government of Lombok Tengah has officially launched the Call Center 112 service at the former Bupati Office, supported by PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk. This service is an integrated emergency call system designed to help the community respond quickly and efficiently to various emergency situations.

Call Center 112 is also connected to other emergency services, including the Police (110), Basarnas (115), BNPB (117), and Kemenkes (119), facilitating faster and more effective coordination among services. The Government of Lombok Tengah hopes that this service will provide a greater sense of security and protection for the community during emergencies.

PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk. is committed to continuing its role as a smart city provider in Indonesia and plays a vital role in developing technology that supports this emergency service. With an integrated system, the public can report incidents such as fires, accidents, civil unrest, natural disasters, and health and safety issues for free from mobile phones or PSTN, even without a SIM card.
