On Wednesday 13 September 2023, PT Jasnita Telekomindo, Tbk. (JAST) signed an MOU for Public Cloud Sales Collaboration with PT Sosial Teknologi Indonesia (SOTECH), one of the largest distributors in public cloud marketing in Indonesia.

 

As is known, currently one of JAST's core businesses is providing contact center solutions for corporations, governments and SMEs.

Several corporations that are JAST's main clients include BPJS Employment, BPJS Health, Mandiri Inhealth, Grab and others, which have very large customers, various products and various customer service channels, including voice and chat channels. , and social media such as WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram and others.

 

JAST has succeeded in developing sophisticated technological solutions to provide customer service for corporate customers. Apart from that, JAST provides solutions for organizing contact centers for government agencies such as the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, SDPPI, APTIKA, BAKTI, Ombusdman Committee, Ministry of Finance, etc. For regional governments, currently JAST has collaborated in providing solutions for providing 112 emergency call services with more than 80 districts and cities.

 

As for SOTECH, it is one of the largest distributor partners of Alibaba Cloud Indonesia. In the 2023 Partners Award & Appreciation Dinner event held by Alibaba Cloud on August 9 2023, SOTECH succeeded in winning Best Technical Support. Apart from being one of the largest distributors of Alibaba Cloud, SOTECH is also a distributor for 3 big Public Cloud players in Indonesia.

 

Through this public cloud sales collaboration, it is hoped that JAST can further strengthen its business in serving clients from both the corporate and government sectors. This is proven by the existence of several requests from JAST clients to serve their public cloud needs, both cloud functions as Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS), Platform as a Service (PAAS), and Software as a Service (SAAS).
