Medan, 17 December 2023, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan launched the Click to Call service on the JAMSOSTEK Mobile (JMO) application for Indonesian Migrant Workers ("PMI"), which was attended directly by the Director Services of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Roswita Nilakurnia, Head of the North Sumatra Employment Service, Abdul Haris Lubis and hundreds of PMI candidates who will go abroad in the near future. During the inauguration of the Click To Call service on the JMO application, also socialized Regulation Number 4 / 2023 from Minister of Manpower, especially regarding Social Security for Indonesian Migrant Workers.

The Click to Call service on the JMO application is an innovation and development of the PT Jasnita Telekomindo, Tbk (JASNITA) Omni Channel Contact Center service application which was fully developed by the nation's children. This proves the sophistication and progress of JASNITA's Omni Channel Contact Center service.

With the Click To Call service in the JMO application, it makes it easier for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants, especially Migrant Workers, to make calls and be received directly by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Call Center officers in Indonesia via the internet network (Voice over IP or VoIP) without being charged the conversation fee to the caller.

By implementing the Click To Call service on the JMO application, it provides benefits, including the following:

1.       Cost efficiency, participants don't need to worry about how much conversation fees they have to pay when contacting call center officer.

2.       Ease of communication, because it allows participants to contact call center officers quickly and easily just by pressing the Click to Call button, without the need to type telephone numbers manually.

3.       Speed ​​of response, allows the call center to respond the calls quickly and provide better service to participants.

4.       Increased productivity, reducing the time spent by participants looking for telephone numbers, thereby increasing participant productivity in carrying out their activities.
