PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk. participated in the tender for the procurement of 165 BPJS Health Care Center services, which was also participated in by 4 other telecommunications companies, which was followed by a series of processes from registration to submission of supporting documents.
In this work, JAST is the winner for providing this service in the next year, including providing an Omnichannel Contact Center system, telecommunications system, providing buildings, furniture & utilities, to providing human resources, which includes Contact Center Agents, Supervisors, Security Guards and Cleaning Services.
The 165 BPJS Health Care Center service can be contacted by the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a number of services that can be accommodated with this number, including checking participant status and paying dues. It is planned that the service will go live on January 1 2024.
With the rapid digitalization promoted by the Government, currently, Call Center services have evolved, so that agents not only receive calls from customers, but also other telecommunications platforms, such as Omnichannel, Inbound and Outbound Call, Social Media, Live Chat, Click To Call, Whatsapp Business, and others. So now, it is hoped that agents can serve customer complaints from multi channels through one door. This is expected to increase customer satisfaction and the reputation of a company, and of course all these services can be provided by PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk.
