DKPP RI Introduces Call Center Service 1500101 in Collaboration with PT Jasnita Telekomindo, Tbk.
Jakarta, 11 October 2023 - The Honorary Council for Election Organizers of the Republic of Indonesia (DKPP RI) has launched the Call Center service 1500101, which is held together with PT Jasnita Telekomindo, Tbk. The 1500101 Call Center service was launched on October 10 2023. This is an innovative step in order to increase the accessibility of the RI DKPP to the public and election organizers.
The 1500101 Call Center service provides various features and facilities that are ready to help the public and election organizers with various needs. This service includes a call center access code, agents ready to help, and sophisticated contact center equipment. The main aim of this service is to make DKPP RI closer to the public and election organizers, as well as giving them easier and faster access to this institution.
Call Center 1500101 services can be utilized in various situations, such as:
1. Complaints: The public and election organizers can use this service to report complaints related to the implementation of the election, which will be followed up by DKPP carefully and quickly.
2. Trial Information: This service also provides access to information related to DKPP trials, allowing the public to better follow case developments.
Data and Information regarding the Election Organizer Code of Ethics (KEPP): DKPP provides data and information related to the enforcement of the Election Organizer Code of Ethics (KEPP) through this service, so that the public and election organizers can better understand the rules and regulations relating to elections.
